I can’t say I was as upset about an auction going sour when compared to this gentleman, however after parting with cash, and sending a string of emails the Seller to confirm receipt of funds and follow up emails to find out when the item was going to arrive and no response, I did fell compelled to fight a little. I’m a believer in treating others the same way you’d like to be treated, so I jumped on the web, visited the Disputes Tribunal website and downloaded the form. Next port of call was contacting Trademe by clicking on the “Problems with Sellers” link and then obtain the details of the Seller for the claim...
Just completing the paper work now, and look forward to the proceedings... :-)
